Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Meindependence Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use meindependence.lat, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Aim
We want this site to work for as many people as we can reach. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target. These are widely used standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this website is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@meindependence.lat and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@meindependence.lat and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this website, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
