Every homeowner who reaches out to Meindependence Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Meindependence Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Meindependence Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@meindependence.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help as well.
